With its traditional kitchen and welcoming living-room which both opens on to the private rear garden patio and cosy front bedrooms - this is the place to stay. It offers a combination of clean period elegance and modern wellness and guarantees a wonderful homely 'Edinburgh' experience in Scotland's capital. It is the only 'A' listed Georgian townhouse property available in city centre as a whole.

 

Location, location, location!

Talk about a great location! Situated in the heart of New Town, this townhouse is all about convenience as well as simple traditions. The tram stop on York Place is 1 minute walk and bus services can be found everywhere. There is no need for taxis or cars unless you wish to travel further afield. Edinburgh's top tourist attractions are on the doorstep and you can walk everywhere. Come night-time and you are 3 minutes walk on to the same street as some of the best restaurants in town. Turn a couple of corners and you can wine and dine or party until the small hours - again no need for a taxi home.
